Atheist men hate women too

This post by Story Ending Never concerned me. I understand that like all discrimination, sexism can be found in each and every sector of society. As reluctant as I am to say it, atheism is no exception however I do believe there is much, much less fuel for such a fire without religion.

Are atheist males in support of abortion because women with sleep with us more? Is it that bad that through a woman’s eyes almost every seemingly moral act brought around by a man is secretly done so to take advantage of females? I really hope not.

This quote is taken from the post.

And the easiest way to expose a male atheist for the misogynist he is is to a) refuse him sex, b) threaten to take away their porn/hookers/lap dancers, etc., or c) continue fighting for women’s real freedom in economics, politics, etc. You’ll get called every name in the book, receive rape threats, and have support rescinded.

I personally love sex and I am sure I am not the only one. This ‘factor’ in filtering out the misogynists in your life seems rather flawed. If you refuse something that has probably been a very active and normal part of your life, I would wonder what the reason was. Are you bored of me? Have I done something wrong? I am sure that if I suddenly refused to go out for meals with my girlfriend she would show just as much concern. Maybe if I denied her sex too, although I am under the impression that this is only a concern for males.

I would love hear the opinion of both men and women. As a male atheist, do you aim for equality with complete honesty? Do you as a female believe males show prejudice regardless of background?

What are your thoughts on this?
